Sometimes, there are impacts on your glucose that don’t have a specific logging function (food, sleep, movement, water) associated with them. Some examples of this include supplements, stress, travel, and more! As these things can impact our glucose levels, Signos has created a way for you to document these and continue to track trends over time: Tagging and Notes!
Step 1: Create a Tag or Note
Click on the shopping tag icon to open a tag or notes log. You can double-tap the Log (+) button or open a log in the Other section of the page.
Note: You can also add tags and notes to your meal log through meal logging.
Step 2: Select a Tag and Add in Notes
Add in your start and end time for your log, and then select a tag that describes what you want to document and add in notes. Once you are finished, select the Log button.
Step 3: Review Your Tags and Notes on Your Glucose Graph
You can reference your tags and notes anytime by clicking on the shopping tag icon from your glucose graph.
