With meal logging, you can track your food and gain insights into how foods impact your body. These insights don’t stop when you initially submit the log, there are insights that you can review over time, straight from your glucose graph.
There are two ways you can review your meal insights
1. Review insights from one log by clicking on the meal icon on your glucose graph.
Every time you log a meal in Signos, you will see a fork and knife icon appear on your glucose graph. By clicking on that icon, you can review the make-up and impact of your meal.
Review your meal makeup and impact at a high level. This includes the total calories, glucose impact, and macros. By selecting “More Details,” you will be able to review the full nutrition facts of this singular meal.
2. Review your daily meal insights from the logging page
Tracking your macros in addition to your glucose patterns? Curious to know how your meals impacted your glucose throughout the day? Simply click on the pie chart icon at the top of your logging page to review your meal insights from the full day.
