Why do I see a $11 pending charge on my card?

When you first sign up for a Signos subscription, you select a plan and provide your billing information. At this time, Signos will place an $11 authorization hold on your card to assure that the credit card information was input correctly. This hold is temporary and will not be charged to your card. 

After you are approved or found ineligible for the program, the pending charge will be released and will disappear from your statement in approximately 5 business days. For more information about this, please see this article.
