The Signos Flex Plan

Select existing Signos members may be eligible for a new 6-Month Flex Plan. This offering is in a test stage and is not yet widely available. Members who become eligible will be notified. The 6-Month Flex Plan plan offers flexibility and convenience tailored to your lifestyle. When you subscribe to the Flex Plan, you'll receive nine G7 sensors, each designed to last 10 days. This provides you with a total of 90 days of continuous glucose monitoring over a six-month period.

• Continuous Access: Maintain full access to the app features, even on days you’re not wearing a sensor. 

Tips for Getting the Most Out Of Your Flex Plan

1. Wear a Sensor: Apply a new sensor and wear it for 10 days. This allows for continuous monitoring and data collection.
2. Take a Break: After 10 days, give your skin a rest by taking a 10-day break. This period not only helps your skin breathe but also gives you the opportunity to manage your supplies efficiently over the six months.
3. Log Activities: During your break, continue to log your wellness routine in the Signos App. This helps maintain your health momentum and keeps your data comprehensive.

Starting a Sensor After a Break

When you resume using a sensor after your 10-day break:

• Observe Changes: Pay attention to any shifts in how you feel or any differences in your daily routine.
• Reflect on Your Experience: Consider how the presence or absence of the sensor influences your daily decisions and health management.
• Adjust as Needed: Use the insights gained to better meet your health objectives.

How much does the Flex Plan cost?

You will be charged 6 installments of $99 on a monthly basis. If you need to terminate your subscription early, there will be a $199 early termination fee.
