Here’s What's New

Signos is expanding our current glucose insights feature. In addition to your weekly report and Insights email, you’ll receive at least one Signos Insight about your glucose trends from the past week. These insights are delivered along with your weekly report in the Insights tab. These additional insights highlight trends over time and break down what a trend means, making your data tangible and actionable.

What is a Signos Insight?

Signos Insights is a collection of personalized insights and recommendations based on your glucose trends from the past week. These insights are designed to help you understand your glucose trends and make data tangible and actionable, bringing you closer to reaching your health goals.

Where do the Insights and recommendations come from? 

The Signos Insights engine processes millions of data points weekly and compares them across thousands of members to analyze trends and produce personalized insights for each member. The data will continue to expand and currently includes glucose, sleep, exercise, and logged meal data.
