Here’s What's New
Signos activities focus on learning and behavior change, recognizing that some behaviors take time to establish. This is where Practices come in! Practices allow you to re-engage with your favorite tools introduced in the activities.
What are Practices?
Practices are a collection of the most impactful tools from our activities. They can be repeated to continue building habits and skills. You will unlock a practice after completing the activity that introduces the practice tool.
The practice library currently includes two Practices. The first, Guess Your Glucose, is unlocked by completing Activity 17. When you turn this Practice on, you will be prompted to tune into your body cues to guess your current glucose level. This Practice will help you build mindfulness skills that help you make health choices based on your unique needs.
The second, The Fuel Gauge, is unlocked after activity 37. The Fuel Gauge will permanently live on your home screen when you turn on this Practice. Building this Practice helps you better decipher your glucose levels to determine if you are physically hungry or feeling hungry for another reason.
How do you turn on a Practice?
Practices can be accessed via a new tab added to the activities page. To turn on the practice, click the Practice card and ensure “enable” is toggled on. When you finish the Practice, simply navigate to the Practice tab and toggle “enable” off.
Note: To unlock a specific Practice, you must be on or past the activity where it was introduced.
