You can log in to your account with your email and password.
If you haven’t already created an account, select “Create your password” and enter the email you used to purchase your Signos subscription. You’ll receive a password setup link via email.

Logging into your Signos account is getting faster, easier, and even more secure with one-time passcodes!
Step One: Enter the email address you used to sign up for Signos, and click Continue.
Step Two: Select whether you would like to receive your passcode via email or phone number (SMS message).
Step Three: You will receive the passcode to via your preferred method.
Step four: Enter the passcode into the field provided. Note: If your phone supports this feature, and you have it enabled, the code will pop up above the keyboard for you to click on, as seen in the image below.
Haven't received your code? Check out these troubleshooting steps:
- You can try resending the code. The option to resend will be available every 30 seconds under the Login button.
- On the initial login page, make sure you enter the email address you used to sign up for Signos. Since this is how we know which account you are trying to access, we cannot send a passcode if the email address that was entered is not associated with a Signos account.
- If you choose to receive the passcode via email, you should check your Spam folder or any other automatic filtering that your email app may do that may cause the email to not show up in your primary inbox.
- If you choose to receive the passcode via text message, make sure that the phone number we have on file is your current mobile number. You can update your phone number under My Account under Settings. Learn more here: How do I manage my account settings in the app?
