You may cancel your Auto-Renewal in the Signos app by:
- Tap the Account & Settings Icon found on the top corner of your home screen
- Go to Manage Subscription
- Scroll to the bottom and select Change Plan
- Scroll to the bottom and select Cancel Renewal
- Confirm to complete the cancellation
PLEASE NOTE: Cancelations go into effect at the end of your current subscription term. All remaining payments associated with your current subscription term will be completed as scheduled. For more information on our cancellation policy, please see our Terms & Conditions
Signos does not offer prorated refunds on subscriptions that are canceled early. Subscriptions terminated before all payments are collected may be subject to a fee. If you want to cancel your subscription early, please contact Signos support at support@signos.com to discuss your subscription details.
