For most of our subscription plans, you can update your shipping details in the app through the “Manage Subscriptions” button within the Settings tab. If you purchased the six-month split payment plan, you will not have the option to modify your address in the app and will need to contact support@signos.com to update your address.
To change your address in-app, follow these three steps:
1. Click on “Manage Subscriptions.”
2. Click on “Edit Shipment Details.”
3. Edit the current address or click “+ Add New Address.”
