How do I view or download my invoice?

You can view and download your past invoices via the Signos app or from a web browser using our member portal. 

Tip: Each invoice includes the details typically required for FSA or HSA reimbursement.

In the Signos app

1. Go to Account & Settings
2. Select Manage Subscription
3. Tap the menu icon at the upper right
4. Select Invoice History 
5. You will see a list of your Signos invoices and can click the download icon on the right to download any specific invoice

From a web browser

1. Log into the Signos Member Portal
2. From the menu on the left, select Invoice History
3. You will see a list of your Signos invoices and can click the download icon on the right to download any specific invoice
