How do I end my sensor session early?

While a sensor session typically lasts 15 days for the Stelo biosensor, there are a couple of scenarios in which you may want to end your session early. Including:

1. A painful sensor
2. If you are bleeding extensively from a sensor placement
3. An upcoming medical scan
4. If your sensor is partially knocked off

In these situations, you can end a sensor early by stopping the sensor in the app.

CAUTION: Once stopped, the same sensor cannot be restarted or reused, and should be removed.

If your sensor needs troubleshooting, please contact Signos support before stopping or removing the sensor.

How to stop your sensor

1. Go to Settings or the Profile icon
2. Select CGM
3. Tap Stop Sensor
4. Select a reason and then select "Yes, stop my sensor now"
