The Signos Sustain Plan

Continuing Signos members may be eligible for the Sustain Plan. 

The Sustain Plan is designed for continuing Signos members who want to maintain their progress without wearing a biosensor continuously.

This plan helps you stay accountable to your healthy habits using the Signos app, while giving you the flexibility to use CGMs only when you want a metabolic check-in.

When you subscribe to the Sustain Plan, you receive 30 days of Signos app access for $25 per month, with the option to purchase sensors if you need them. Read on for more info! 

About the Signos Sustain Plan

This plan includes: 

• Full access to the Signos app

• Food logging, weight and body composition tracking, and movement habits

• Product and Nutrition support

• 1:1 support from a nutritionist
• Access to our private Facebook community

This plan does not include: 

• Stelo Biosensors or other CGMs

Optional CGM check-ins: 

• While on the Sustain Plan, you may optionally purchase 2-packs of Stelo biosensors for periodic metabolic check-ins.
• Sensors are sold in 2-packs for $99.00 and can be purchased one pack at a time.
• An active Signos subscription is required to pair sensors with the app.

All plans are auto-renewing, but you can cancel your renewal at any time without affecting your current subscription term.

Tips for Getting the Most Out Of the Sustain Plan

Log Meals and Activities: During your break, continue to log your wellness routine in the Signos App. This helps maintain your health momentum and keeps your data comprehensive.

Starting a Sensor After a Break

• Observe Changes: Pay attention to any shifts in your mood or differences in your daily routine.
• Reflect on Your Experience: Consider how the sensor's presence or absence influences your daily decisions and health management.
• Adjust as Needed: Use the insights gained to better meet your health objectives.

To purchase a 2-pack of Stelo biosensors while on the Sustain Plan:

1. Within your Signos app, head to Accounts & Settings, then click Manage my Subscription
2. The app will open up your account management portal in an external browser, and the option to purchase the 2-pack of Stelo biosensors for $99.00 will appear on your account.
3. Complete the purchase with your shipping address and payment, then Signos will email you a confirmation receipt.
