Eligibility and Medical Requirements
Participation in Signos+ is subject to clinician approval.
Depending on your health history and clinical needs, the enrollment process may include:
- Completion of a Medical Questionnaire
- A Clinician Consultation
- Updated laboratory testing
Requirements vary by individual and will be determined by the clinician reviewing your health history.
Please note that enrollment in Signos+ and prescription approval are not guaranteed. Medication eligibility is determined solely by the licensed clinician based on medical appropriateness and applicable prescribing guidelines.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of the Signos+ Plan
- Apply a sensor at the start of your program to better understand your glucose patterns and trends
- Log meals and activities consistently to support personalized insights
- Start GLP-1 medication when prescribed by your clinician
- Continue using sensors periodically to track progress over time (additional sensors can be purchased as needed)

Signos+ plans start at $199/month for eligible** members. All plans are auto-renewing, but you can cancel your renewal at any time without affecting your current subscription term.

*Medication refills may require a quick check-in with your clinician. Signos will email you in advance. Refunds will not be issued for refills missed due to incomplete check-ins.
