Welcome to Signos+! Now that you have your CGM and medication, you’re ready to begin your journey.
Signos+ combines GLP-1 medication with personalized metabolic insights and ongoing support to help eligible members build sustainable weight-loss and healthy habits.
This guide covers the key things to know as you get started, including how to use the Signos app, track your GLP-1 medication, complete your Wellness Check-Ins, and get support when you need it.
Getting started
As you begin your Signos+ journey:
- Explore the Signos app and familiarize yourself with its features.
- Follow the instructions provided with your CGM to start your sensor.
- Read the Signos+ Journey Guide for more information about your program.
- Activate the GLP-1 feature in the LOG section to log your injections and track your progress.
- Log your meals as consistently as you can. The more consistently you log, the more meaningful your glucose insights can become.
Complete your monthly Wellness Check-In
Be sure to complete your monthly Wellness Check-In when it becomes available. Your check-in allows your clinician to review your progress and determine whether any treatment adjustments may be appropriate. Completing it on time also helps prevent delays with future medication shipments.

Give yourself time to adjust
You don’t need to master everything in your few days. Take some time to become familiar with the program and learn how your body responds.
