Yes, taking a few days off between sensors is completely normal. Some members find that their body needs a break from CGM placement and some simply want to test their ability to listen to their body’s cues while not having the accountability of the CGM.
When should I take a break?
The best time to take a break from wearing the CGM is at the end of your current sensor's life. You can view how many days you have left with your current sensor by going to: Accounts & Settings > CGM.
How long can I take off from wearing the Stelo biosensor?
You will be able to pair sensors with the Signos app as long as your subscription is active. Once your subscription expires, you will have a 1-month grace period (or 2 months with the 6 month plan) during which you can still pair and use any remaining sensors. Any breaks should be planned with this in mind.
