Step 1: Log Your First Cup of Water For The Day
- To log your first cups of water for the day, select “Log Water” from the Log (+) tab or double-tap on the Log (+) tab.
- Add the water you drank in cups (1 cup = 8 oz) or fluid ounces.
- Select the Log button and then check your glucose graph to see your log with the water drop icon.
Step 2: Logging More Water Throughout The Day
Want to log more water throughout the day? Select "Log your water" under your existing water log, or double-tap the Log (+) tab to open a new water log.
