OVERVIEW
What is the Notification Center
The Notification Center is your home for most notifications Signos sends you, in one running list. Tap the bell icon on your Home screen to open it any time. If you miss a push notification, or you just want to look back at something from earlier, it's all there waiting for you — grouped into Today, Yesterday, and Earlier.
SENSOR & GLUCOSE Stay on top of your CGM Get notified about sensor status and glucose events, like a spike or low glucose notification. | ACHIEVEMENTS Celebrate your progress See new badges and milestones the moment you earn them. |
INSIGHTS Know when reports are ready Get notified when your baseline report or body scan results are ready to view. | COMMUNITY Stay connected Friend requests and competition updates. |
HOW-TO
How to find and use Notification Center
Here's how to check your notifications and act on them.
From your Home screen
| 1 | Tap the bell icon From your Home screen, tap the bell icon in the top corner. A number on the bell shows how many new notifications you have. |
| 2 | Browse or tap a notification Your notifications are grouped into Today, Yesterday, and Earlier, with the newest at the top. Tap any card to jump straight to where you can take action — like a sensor pairing screen or your latest badge. |
| 3 | Mark what you've seen Tap a notification to mark it read — it stays in the list but looks dimmed, so you can look back on it anytime. Sensor issues and other status notifications clear on their own once resolved. To mark everything read at once, use the option in the top corner of Notification Center. |
| 💡 | Catch what you missed overnight. Notifications that happen while you're asleep, like a glucose event at 3am, stay marked as unread so you'll see the count on the bell the next time you open the app. |
| ⚠️ | Not for emergencies. Low glucose notifications in Notification Center are informational, not a diagnosis or an alarm. If you're experiencing symptoms of low glucose, follow the guidance from your care provider rather than waiting on a notification. |
What shows up in Notification Center
Most notifications you'd normally see as a push alert, a home screen pill, or a banner also land here, organized by category:
Sensor & CGM Glucose Achievements Insights & Reports Reminders Community
These categories cover things like sensor pairing and expiry, glucose events, badges you've earned, baseline and body scan reports, fasting and dose reminders, and friend/competition activity.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubleshooting & FAQs
| WHAT'S HAPPENING | WHAT TO TRY |
| I don't see the bell icon on my Home screen | Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Notification Center is rolling out with the newest release, so you may need to update from the App Store or Google Play first. |
| Why does a notification look grayed out? | That means you've already marked it read, either by tapping it or using “Mark all read.” Sensor issues and other status notifications clear automatically once resolved, so those disappear from the list instead of graying out. |
| How do I mark everything read at once? | Use the “Mark all read” option in the top corner of Notification Center to clear your unread count in one tap. |
| 🔮 | What's coming. We're still refining how some reminder notifications display in your feed, and we'll keep expanding Notification Center to cover more parts of the app over time. |
