What are Dailies?
Dailies are small, focused actions you can complete each day to support your metabolic health, like walking a certain number of steps, logging what you eat, hitting a protein target, drinking enough water, or paying attention to meal timing and post-meal movement.
Each Daily is a clear, measurable goal you can easily achieve during a normal day. Some days you’ll repeat a familiar habit. Other days you’ll do something new. Over time, these daily wins add up. They introduce new things to try, make progress feel manageable instead of overwhelming, and help you notice patterns so you can learn which behaviors fit your lifestyle and actually move the needle for you.
How Dailies are Chosen
Each week, Signos reviews your glucose data and highlights one metabolic area to focus on, like Time in Range (TIR), Spikes per Day (SPD), or Latest Spike Time (LST).
When enough data is available, you’ll see this reflected at the top of the Today’s Dailies section on the Home tab: Focus on {TIR / SPD / LST} this week
During that week, the Dailies you see are more likely to support your focus area. Not every Daily will align with your focus perfectly, and that’s intentional. Variety helps you build a broader set of behaviors while still guiding you toward the area that needs the most attention.
If you’re new to Signos or haven’t worn a CGM recently, you’ll still receive Dailies even if a weekly focus isn't available yet. Once enough data is collected, your weekly focus will appear and your Dailies will adjust automatically.
How Dailies fit into your day
- Each day starts with a new set of up to three Dailies
- Progress doesn’t carry over from the day before; even if a Daily repeats, each day is a fresh start
- Each Daily is designed to be achievable during a normal day
- You can complete anywhere from one to three Dailies each day
- Every time you open the app, you’ll see your latest progress reflected
Some Dailies only update when you log something in the app, like water or meals. Other Dailies track progress in the background or update automatically through connected health services like Apple Health or Google Health Connect. A Daily is considered completed as soon as you reach its goal. That means it’s possible to complete some Dailies (like reaching a step goal) without ever opening Signos.
Where to find Dailies
You’ll find Today’s Dailies on the Home tab, just below your glucose graph.
At the bottom of that section, tap See all Dailies to open the full Dailies library. This page shows today’s featured Dailies at the top, plus the full list of available Dailies below, which you can explore and tap into for details.
You can complete your featured Dailies without ever visiting the library, but it's there if you want to explore what's available or pin a Daily that isn't part of today's featured set.
Working with Dailies
Each Daily appears as a card that shows the goal and your progress toward completion.
A Daily card includes:
- The Daily’s name and goal (for example, Walk 7,000 steps)
- Your current progress as a unit count (for example, 12 / 30)
- A progress bar that fills as you work toward completion
Viewing Daily details
Tap anywhere on a Daily card to open its details page. Here you’ll find:
- How to complete the Daily
- Tips to help you complete the Daily more effectively
- Any important notes or safety considerations related to that Daily
You don’t need to open the details page to complete a Daily, but it’s there if you want more guidance or context. Some Dailies also include important safety information worth reviewing.
Daily Menu Options
Each Daily card also includes a menu ( ⋮ ) in the top-right corner. From this menu, you can:
- View the Daily’s details
- Pin the Daily so it appears each day until you unpin it
- Replace the Daily with a different one, if rerolls are available (labeled Try a different Daily in the app)
Pins, Rerolls, and Flexibility
Life changes day to day. Some days call for consistency, other days need flexibility. Pins and rerolls give you both.
How to Pin a Daily
You can pin up to two Dailies if there are habits you want to complete each day and focus on more consistently. If you pin a Daily that’s currently featured, it stays in place and will continue to appear each day going forward. If you pin a Daily from the Dailies library, it will appear at the top of Today's Dailies starting the next day. Pinned Dailies stay until you unpin them.
How to Reroll (Try a Different Daily)
You can replace up to two featured Dailies per day if something doesn’t fit your schedule, abilities, or plans. Rerolling replaces the selected Daily with another one immediately.
Keep in mind that Dailies are small challenges, not obligations. Trying a different Daily or leaving one incomplete won’t undo the metabolic progress you’re building.
