With meal logging, you can track your food and gain insights into how foods impact your body. These insights don’t stop when you initially submit the log, there are insights that you can review over time, even straight from your glucose graph.
There are two ways you can review your meal insights
1. Review insights from one log by clicking on the meal icon on your glucose graph
Every time you log a meal in Signos, you will see a fork and knife icon appear on your glucose graph. By clicking on that icon, you can review the make-up and impact of your meal.
By selecting “More Details,” you will be able to review the full nutrition facts of this singular meal.
2. Review your daily meal insights from the Log tab
Tracking your macros in addition to your glucose patterns? Curious to know how your meals impacted your glucose throughout the day?
How to review your daily macros
From your home screen: your Macro Widget will display your protein and fiber intake for the day.
From your Log tab:
- Select the Log tab in your Signos app
- Tap the small calendar icon at the top right
- Select the date you want to review from the calendar
- Once you have your date open, select Daily Nutrition right below the glucose graph image.
There you will see all of your macros for the selected date.
