How do I export and download my data?

You can now download an export of your glucose levels and activity logs. This guide will walk you through the steps to access and download your data, allowing you to keep track of your health trends or share this information with your healthcare provider.  

Steps to downloading your data: 

Step 1: Navigate to Export Data section

While in the mobile application, navigate to Settings where you will see the Export Data option under the General category. 

Step 2: Set up a Data Export Email

Be sure that you are on the Email tab and click Export Now. For ease of use, Signos will automatically send the data to your registered email address. You can expect to receive it within a few minutes.

Step 3: Check Your Email and Download Your Data

Check your email inbox for a message from Signos containing a link to your requested data.

Click the link in the email to download your data as a CSV file. CSV files can be opened in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers, and can be shared with your healthcare provider if needed. 

Note for Downloading Data From a Desktop

If you are downloading your data on a desktop and are not signed into Signos, you will be redirected to our login page. Simply enter your credentials, and the download will automatically begin.
