Signos is focused on helping our members understand how to achieve their goals, assess their progress, and take actionable steps through meaningful insights.
Currently, members receive a variety of glucose metrics (e.g., glucose variability, time in range, latest spike time, average glucose, and overnight glucose), but it is up to them to interpret these numbers and determine the impact on their progress. There is no clear guidance on which metrics matter most or what specific lifestyle actions to take to improve these metrics.
To address this gap, we are developing the Signos Scorecard, designed to provide a clear, at-a-glance assessment of whether a member is on track or off track with their goals based on glucose data. This score will break down key contributing factors and offer specific, actionable steps members can take to improve their outcomes.
The Signos Scorecard provides users with a weekly index of their glucose management, based on Time-in-Range, Spikes-per-Day, and Latest-Spike-Time. A green score (4 or 5) indicates effective glucose management, which should correlate with weight loss according to our program goals.
If you have indicated that your goals do not include weight loss, your scorecard will be called your Metabolic Signal.
