Weight
The Signos Insights section shows your weight change over the designated periods. Studies show that regularly logging your weight can help you stay on track with your goals by building awareness of how your body may change from week to week due to your behaviors. Though weight is just one marker of metabolic health, it can be a helpful window into your general progress.
If you need to change your goal weight, here are the steps to take:

From your home screen, head to the Insights tab

Tap the box labeled Weight, which will open up your weight change over the designated periods

Under your displayed weight, tap the link that says "Tap to edit."
- Save your goal weight and the updated information will show on your Insights screen and recalculate any app features using your goal weight.
