Signos logging gives you the insights and data you need to make informed health decisions. Measure the impact that your food, movement, sleep, and more have on your glucose levels in real-time.
Ways to Log in Signos
Because it’s an essential part of meeting your goals, logging is integrated throughout the Signos app.
You can log from:
- The "Today's Progress" section on the home screen
- Any section on the logging page
- Shortcut – Double-tap the Log (+) icon at the bottom of the screen
- Log directly from your glucose graph and the time will be auto filled – Anytime you tap the glucose graph we will show the Log from Graph Button (+ “Time”). If you clicks on this you are immediately able to select a log type. If you don't click on the Log from Graph Button, it will fade away in three seconds.
Signos insights engine:
If Signos detects a glucose spike without an associated food, exercise, or tag log, we will show a point of interest on the glucose graph and on your logging page(more on this here).
- You can log directly from a point of interest, and the time will be auto filled for you.
Want to check your progress over the past week?
Head over to the logging page and check out the seven-day view of your time in range at the top of the screen. Your goal is to reach 85% (purple) time in range as much as possible throughout the week.
Review your logs on your glucose graph.
Double-tap on the icon and review the insights related to your logged activity. The insights include the specifics around what you logged and how the logged item impacted your glucose level.
